At the EarringDoctor.com my return policy is simple. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, credit or replacement.

To return a product simply call our customer service department at 1-954-578-2991 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at any time between 8:30am to 5:00pm Eastern time. When you call for the RMA, we will generate a return label and send it to your e-mail address. Once you've received the e-mail, simply print out the return label, affix it to your package and send it to us using a traceable shipper. As the shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. We recommend that you use a reliable source such as the United Postal Service using delivery confirmation.

Once your package arrives to us, we will follow up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 2-3 days after arrival to process the credit.
