When you place an order.

My order form asks you to give me information specific to that order, including your billing address, credit card information and e-mail address. The information is used to process and send your orders. I also use the information to contact you if there is a problem with your order. I may also use the information for feedback on my products and to inform you of new items available. I DO NOT SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH OUTSIDE PARTIES. I do not make my customer list available to other companies.

Shopping security.

I guarantee that every transaction that you make, at EarringDoctor.com, will be 100% safe. I offer Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to protect your information as it is tranferred over the internet, keeping it secure.

To provide you with an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers are stored in a computer NOT connected to the internet. This computer is not accessible by network modem, and credit card information is not stored anywhere else. Only employees who need your information to perform a specific task (i.e. billing or customer service) are granted access to your personally identifiable information.

Notification of changes.

If I decide to change my privacy policy, I will post those changes in my Info Center so my customers are always aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances, if any, I disclose it. If at any point I decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from what has been stated at the time it was collected, I will notify customers via e-mail.
